Your room or suite will be considered reserved once we receive your deposit amounting to 50% of your booked stay. You can make your payment via credit card or bank transfer within 14 days of booking. For last-minute bookings made less than 14 days before the day of arrival, the deposit will be charged directly to your credit card.

Once we receive your payment, we will send you a written confirmation of your reservation.
Your room at the STROBLHOF is available from 3 p.m. on your day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate it by 11 a.m. A late check-out is available upon request and for a fee.
Dogs are only accepted at the STROBLHOF by prior arrangement and do not have access to the dining areas, pool complex, and wellness areas. Upon prior arrangement, and subject to availability, there is a dedicated dining area where your dog can join you. We charge €30.00 per day without food for dogs.
You can settle the hotel bill either by 10 p.m. on the evening before departure or by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Payments can be made in cash in euros or Swiss francs (at the current exchange rate) or by card (debit card, Visa, Mastercard). Please note that we do not accept payments via American Express, Diners Club, or cheque. Transfers need to be received in our account no later than one day prior to departure. Transfers are only accepted before check-out. Our bank details are listed under “Deposit”.
We recommend that you take out travel insurance so that you can enjoy a worry-free holiday at the STROBLHOF. This protects your financial safety if something unforeseen occurs before your holiday. The travel protection fee amounts to 3% of your booked stay. This ensures coverage of any cancellation fees due to accidents or illnesses affecting the travellers, or in the case of death of the policyholder, their children, parents, or grandparents. It also applies to major property damage or break-ins requiring the policyholder’s immediate presence, as well as pregnancies. An official medical certificate or relevant documentation confirming the reason for cancellation is required.
Should you choose to skip breakfast or dinner at the STROBLHOF, there will be a €30.00 reduction on the half-board rate.

Cancellation of spa treatments:
If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a 70% fee will apply for the missed treatment. Thank you for your understanding!
